We invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the 199th Annual Council of the Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi, held on January 30-31, 2026, at St. Andrew's Episcopal School North Campus in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
The exhibit hall will feature a range of booths, including informational displays for diocesan-related ministries, as well as vendors offering products, services, and church-related exhibits for liturgical, business, or personal use.
The exhibit hall will be open during the following times:
Friday, January 30: During attendee registration beginning at 3:00 p.m. and any meeting breaks.
Saturday, January 31: Before registration (starting at 8:30 a.m.), during all meeting breaks, and during lunch.
Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. SPACE IS LIMITED.
Registration Deadline: January 10, 2026.
Exhibitor Setup: Friday, January 30, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Exhibit Removal: Exhibits must be removed by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 31.
Exhibit booths are available for both Diocese-related and non-Diocese-related groups.
Standard Booth: Includes one 6-foot table and two chairs. Table drapes and/or tablecloths are not provided. Exhibitors may supply their own.
Electrical Outlets: Electrical access is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis upon request.
Please limit the number of booth workers to no more than four per booth.
Note: The Bishop’s office reserves the right to determine all vendor and exhibitor eligibility.
This fee includes one six-foot table with two chairs.
It applies to all organizations (Diocesan and Non-Diocesan) selling any goods, services, or wares.
The vendor is responsible for collecting and submitting all taxes on all sales. Please contact Liley Gilbert (lgilbert@dioms.org) for more information on tax collection.
