Call for Resolutions

Resolutions, with the exception of courtesy resolutions, shall be submitted by December 15, 2025, by completing the Resolution Form.

PROCESS FOR RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED AFTER DECEMBER 15

Resolutions should be submitted through the resolution form by 7 PM on Friday, January 30.

The resolution will be considered by title only at the Saturday morning session of Council. The motion for consideration is non-debatable. The resolution must receive a two-thirds affirmative vote to be considered by the Resolutions Committee. If such an affirmative vote is recorded, the resolution will be forwarded to the Resolutions Committee for consideration and action.
