Necrology Submission Form

This online form should be used to report the death of FORMER MEMBERS OF COUNCIL ONLY (clergy, or lay delegates/alternates) who have died since the last meeting of Council. An official memorial roll will be set aside in the Journal of Council, and the deceased will be prayed for by name by the Council on Saturday, during the Holy Eucharist.

IMPORTANT: If your loved one or church member has been listed in the "Faithfully Departed" section of The Mississippi Episcopalian since the last Council, they will automatically be added to the Necrology list if they ever served as Council delegate or alternate and need not be reported again here.
