For the 14th edition of MAVEBA, the winner of the Student Paper Competition is Benedikt Mayrhofer with the work titled “EVALUATING STATE OF THE ART VOICE CONVERSION MODELS FOR DYSPHONIC AND ELECTRO-LARYNX SPEECH”. Authors: Benedikt Mayrhofer, Martin Hagmüller, Franz Pernkopf and Philipp Aichinger.

We are pleased to announce that the Electronics Journal (MDPI, Section Bioelectronics)
is offering a prize of 200 CHF for the best student paper presented at MAVEBA 2025.
Interested students must send their full length paper according to the template in the website Paper submission and deadline. Please indicate in the submission form that the paper is submitted for the student paper competition.
The student must be the first name in the article and will present the paper at the Workshop. The status of student must be valid at the date of the Workshop.
A special Jury will establish the winner with a final judgment. The winner will be announced during the Workshop.
Moreover, Logopedics Phoniatrics Vocology Journal (LPV) will provide a certificate and one year of free online access to the journal to the winner of the MAVEBA student paper award. LPV will also provide free access for thirty days for the winning paper in the student paper award competition.
