Paper Submission

Please use this link, or the orange button below, to submit your paper (manuscript must be submitted in .pdf format). 

The deadline is September 25, 2025. Accepted papers will be published in the Workshop Proceedings with ISBN (FUP Editor) that are indexed in Scopus.

To facilitate the preparation and submission of papers, the deadline has been placed quite close to the workshop dates. Consequently, for editorial reasons, papers submitted after the deadline may not be accepted for publication.

Only one paper per author is allowed.

Please note that all papers submitted to MAVEBA 2025 will be peer-reviewed by two anonymous reviewers.
