Special Issue

A Special Issue of the Journal Logopedics Phoniatrics Vocology (LPV, Taylor & Francis), will be dedicated to extended and updated versions of the papers presented at MAVEBA.

Manuscript submissions: from February 1st, 2026 to May 31st, 2026.

Guest Editors: Luís Jesus, Antonio Lanatà, Lorenzo Frassineti. 

Manuscript submission information: 

•  All special issue articles will be made free to access for ninety days by the Publisher upon publication. 

• The articles for the LPV must be an updated and extended version of those in the Proceedings, that is, articles identical or only minimally modified with respect to the Proceedings cannot be submitted to the LPV SI. Authors can elect to publish Open Access but are not required to do so. Any papers will undergo the standard peer review process for LPV, and we could not guarantee acceptance.

• Logopedics Phoniatrics Vocology Journal (LPV) will also provide a certificate and one year of free online access to the journal to the winner of the MAVEBA student paper award. LPV will also provide free access for thirty days for the winning paper of the student paper award competition.
