Class Environmental Assessment Process

The study will be completed following the MTO Class EA for Provincial Transportation Facilities (2000) as a Group ‘C’ undertaking, with enhanced consultation, and will recommend design plans, as well as assess the impacts, including traffic management during construction, and impacts to the natural environment.
