Book any 5 Sunday market dates and only pay for 4.

This offer is available to both new and existing traders attending Beccles Sunday Market.

Eligibility

• Open to all approved Beccles Sunday Market traders.

• Available to both new and existing traders.

• Traders must book 5 market dates in a single transaction to qualify.

Payment

• Full payment for the 4 chargeable pitches must be made in advance at the time of booking.

• The offer is a standalone promotion and must be paid for in full before dates are confirmed.

• The free pitch has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund, credit or alternative benefit.

Booking Dates

• Traders may choose any 5 available Sunday market dates during the current trading season.

• All dates are subject to availability.

• Beccles Sunday Market reserves the right to amend market dates where necessary due to weather, safety concerns, council requirements or circumstances beyond our control.

Combining Promotions

• This offer may be used alongside other Beccles Sunday Market promotions and incentives.

• However, each promotion remains separate and independent.

• Any free pitches, credits, rewards or incentives earned through another promotion (including trader referral schemes) cannot be used to reduce the cost of the 5 for 4 promotion.

• For example, if a trader earns a free pitch through a referral promotion, that free pitch must be taken on a separate market date and does not replace one of the paid dates within the 5 for 4 offer.

• Referral rewards, competition prizes and promotional credits cannot be exchanged for cash or deducted from invoices relating to this promotion.

Cancellations & Non-Attendance

• Once booked and confirmed, dates cannot be refunded.

• If a trader chooses not to attend a booked date, the pitch fee remains payable.

• Missed dates cannot be transferred to another date unless agreed at the discretion of the organiser.

• No refunds will be given for poor weather, low footfall, trader illness, travel disruption or personal circumstances.

Pitch Allocation

• Participation in this promotion does not guarantee a specific pitch location.

• Pitch locations are allocated by the market organiser and may vary from week to week.

• Every effort will be made to provide suitable pitch placements.

General

• Beccles Sunday Market reserves the right to withdraw, amend or refuse this promotion at any time.

• The organiser's decision regarding eligibility, pitch allocation and interpretation of these terms shall be final.

• By participating in the promotion, traders agree to comply with all standard Beccles Sunday Market trader terms and conditions.

Beccles Sunday Market – Weekly FREE Pitch Promotion Terms & Conditions

The Beccles Sunday Market Weekly FREE Pitch Promotion will commence on Sunday 31st May 2026.

Each week, two FREE pitch winners will be selected:

🎟 One new/prospective trader
🎟 One existing trader who has previously traded at Beccles Sunday Market

Eligibility

• The New Trader Draw is open to traders who have registered interest or booked but have not yet previously traded at Beccles Sunday Market.

• The Existing Trader Draw is open to traders who have attended and traded at least once at Beccles Sunday Market.

• Traders must hold a valid booking or registration to qualify for entry.

Entry Method

• Eligible traders are automatically entered into the relevant draw. (When registered and pitch for future Sunday is automatically alloctaed)

• Existing traders will be entered using their allocated pitch number for that market day.

• Winners will be selected using a random number generator and the draw will be recorded.

Prize

• Winners will receive one FREE standard 3 x 3 market pitch for a future Sunday market date.

• The FREE pitch is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

• The FREE pitch must be redeemed within 3 months of the winning date unless otherwise agreed by market management.

General

• Beccles Sunday Market reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time.

• Market management reserves the right to refuse entries or remove eligibility where misuse or abuse of the promotion is suspected.

• By entering the promotion, traders agree that their business name and/or social media handles may be used for winner announcements and promotional purposes.

Beccles Sunday Market Trader Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Start Date: 30 May 2026

The Beccles Sunday Market Trader Referral Scheme rewards existing traders who introduce new traders to the market. By participating in this promotion, both the Referrer and Referred Trader agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. How the Promotion Works

1. An existing Beccles Sunday Market trader ("Referrer") introduces a new trader ("Referred Trader") to the market.

2. The Referred Trader must complete a new trader application and clearly state who referred them.

3. The Referred Trader must be accepted by Beccles Sunday Market.

4. The Referred Trader must book, pay for, and attend their first market.

5. Once the above conditions have been met, both the Referrer and Referred Trader will qualify for one free standard market pitch.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Referred Trader must be a genuinely new trader to Beccles Sunday Market.

2.2 If the Referred Trader has previously:

• Registered with Beccles Sunday Market;

• Submitted an application;

• Booked a pitch;

• Traded at the market; or

• Exists on the Beccles Sunday Market existing trader database;

then neither the Referrer nor the Referred Trader will qualify for this promotion.

2.3 Self-referrals are not permitted.

2.4 Only one referral reward may be issued per Referred Trader.

3. Payment Requirements

3.1 The Referred Trader must pay in full for their first booked market before any referral reward is issued.

3.2 Both the Referrer and Referred Trader must have no outstanding invoices, unpaid bookings, overdue balances or payment disputes.

3.3 Free pitches will not be issued whilst either party has outstanding payments owed to Beccles Sunday Market.

4. Free Pitch Reward

4.1 Each qualifying party will receive one free standard market pitch.

4.2 Free pitches:

• Have no cash value;

• Cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Cannot be transferred to another trader;

• Cannot be sold;

• Cannot be used retrospectively against previous bookings;

• Cannot be used against bookings already invoiced;

• Must be used on a future market date;

• Are subject to pitch availability.

4.3 Beccles Sunday Market reserves the right to exclude specific special events or premium locations from the promotion.

5. Existing Bookings and Promotions

5.1 Traders currently participating in:

• Multi-booking offers;

• Introductory offers;

• Complimentary pitch arrangements;

• Goodwill offers;

• Any other promotional scheme;

Must complete and pay for those bookings before redeeming any referral reward.

5.2 Referral rewards cannot be used to replace payment for pitches already booked.

5.3 If a trader has already booked multiple future dates, those bookings remain payable in full and cannot be converted into free pitches through this promotion.

5.4 Referral rewards may only be redeemed against future bookings made after the reward has been issued.

6. Attendance Requirement

6.1 The Referred Trader must physically attend and trade at the market.

6.2 No referral reward will be issued where the Referred Trader:

• Cancels their booking;

• Fails to attend;

• Withdraws their application;

• Receives a refund; or

• Breaches market rules resulting in cancellation.

7. Fraud and Abuse

7.1 Beccles Sunday Market reserves the right to reject any referral where it believes the promotion is being abused.

7.2 Any attempt to manipulate, exploit or circumvent these Terms & Conditions may result in:

• Removal from the promotion;

• Withdrawal of rewards;

• Refusal of future bookings.

7.3 The organiser's decision is final.

8. General

8.1 Beccles Sunday Market reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

8.3 Beccles Sunday Market reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any referral reward.
