On February, we hosted the first IBG Fintech Get Together meeting of the year.
It was a moment to gather the Fintech Family all-around the world and talk about our goals for the future. It was also an opportunity to celebrate and honor Orangers and business initiatives.
Alan Zhuo, Head of IBG Fintech and DiDi's CFO, acknowledged our achievements in 2024, as we laid the foundation for the business future - with regulatory licenses and new products, while building user trust.
As we get closer to our goal of becoming the world's local digital bank, Alan pointed out that 2025 will be a year to reinforce the foundation we already built.

Dandan Zhang, HRBP Director, followed the reconigtion part of the event. She brought attention to a few aspects, including:
The eNPS of the company increased 7%, while the department eNPS saw a 9% rise, with great Confidence results
We have stablished our goals for 2025 and are now on the verge of setting the OKRs for the year
