Spearheaded by the DICT, through its ILCDB-SPARK, The SPARK ConFab 2025 will serve as a platform to advocate for Filipino citizens and promote the DICT's mandates and initiatives. It will foster a sense of community, enabling graduates to connect, share experiences, and provide mutual support.
