SPARK 2025 ACTIVITIES

ICT-related skills to its target beneficiaries thereby fostering the development of an ICT-skilled workforce in the field of ICT, particularly in the countryside and in GIDAs, promoting digital entrepreneurship, and empowering individuals and communities to participate in the digital economy. 

Target Participant/s: Person with Disabilities, MSMEs, OSYs, PDLs, OFWs, Near-Hire

The initiative is expected to continue its advocacy of providing training and exposing Filipinos specifically youth to robotics, and game-based learning, and promoting creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. The products of these trainings will be showcased through the TechQuest: Regional Robotics Challenge for Academia

Target Participant/s: Junior & Senior High School Students

       This will create a pool of qualified instructors to ensure consistent, effective training delivery and maximize the program's reach and impact.

Target Participant/s: Qualified ILCDB Resource Person, 2 Representatives from Regional Offices for each course.

A Two-Day event empowering graduates through networking, guidance, and community building to advance their careers in the digital landscape.

Spearheaded by the DICT, through its ILCDB-SPARK, The SPARK ConFab 2025 will serve as a platform to advocate for Filipino citizens and promote the DICT's mandates and initiatives. It will foster a sense of community, enabling graduates to connect, share experiences, and provide mutual support. 

A 2-week training to ensure effective program delivery, uniformity in implementation, and capacity-building at the grassroots level.

Target Participant/s: ILCDB Plantilla Focal or Regional Focal and Tech4Ed-DTC Center Managers (w/ Provincial Coordinators)
