Michoacán style slow-cooked, pulled pork tacos are braised in orange, onion, garlic, and lard. Juicy, tender, and mouth-watering.
Shredded chicken "tinga"
Stewed in aromatic bay leaves, onions, and garlic cloves before being finished in red sauce, our shredded chicken "tinga" is finished with Mexican "crema" — a close cousin of crème fraîche — and topped with "queso fresco."
Steak Cecina
Salt cured thin cut tenderloin steak. Grilled with lard, and topped with onions and cilantro.
Beer-battered cod fish*
Catch-of-the-day cod is beer-battered in our house tempura mix, deep fried, and rested on a serrano-based aioli. Topped with pickled cabbage, these are classic-but-improved, Baja-style fish tacos.

Fresh shrimp sautéed with butter, garlic, and a hint of non-spicy guajillo chili, finished with a touch of lime juice.
Al Pastor Trumpet Mushroom (Vegan)
Trumpet mushrooms in our delicious Al Pastor spices. Topped with onions & cilantro "macho."
All Our tacos are served over our hand-made, heirloom corn tortillas, plated with a wedge of lime, and side of fresh "salsa taquera."
