Suiting Program
We want you to feel your best while job searching and in the first few weeks of employment. Our volunteers will work with you to help you choose an interview outfit and will also provide guidance and support for the upcoming interview.
“Job ready” means childcare and transportation are planned, so all clients are expected to arrive on time and unaccompanied as you would for an interview. Dress for Success New Orleans does not take walk-ins and service is by appointment only. The moment you know you are not able to make your appointment, call 504-891-4337 or email brianna@dfsneworleans.org to cancel or reschedule. Repeat no shows will lose the opportunity to reschedule.
Dress for Success is a hand-up, not a hand-out, with inventory consisting of clothing donations from the community. Suitings are successful when our clients are open to options, understanding our inventory limitations.
