Mentorship

Dress for Success New Orleans is excited to announce this year's Spring 2020 Mentorship Program! Participants have been matched based on their applications, and together enter this mutual learning experience. Mentors and mentees will work together for 6 months to develop the mentee's career path, expose the mentee to new opportunities and interpersonal connections, and allow the mentor to gain mentorship experience. This mentorship program includes monthly checkpoints in order to keep each pairing on the same schedule and allow for a group based growth mindset. Mentorship applications were accepted through mid February. Mentorship kick-off meeting was held March 11, 2020 with the program running through August.

The next round of mentorship applications will be open February 2021.
