Beginning 21 September 2026, the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in the State of Qatar will be processing Philippine visa applications through the Philippine e-Visa system at EVISA.GOV.PH.

Before starting your eVisa application, kindly submit your email address to the Embassy’s Visa Section through WhatsApp at (+974) 3300-3249.

The processing time for e-Visas is between 7 and 12 working days for single-entry visas, and between 15 and 21 working days for multiple-entry visas.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months;

2. Qatar ID valid for at least three (3) months;

3. Round trip airline ticket;

4. Hotel reservation or invitation letter from Filipino friend/family with Passport copy;

5. Certificate of employment with company’s establishment card;

6. Bank statement for 6 months;

7. Copy of old Philippine visa; and

8. IF APPLICABLE ONLY - Marriage contract, birth certificate, passport copy of family or friend, Qatar ID copy of family or friend, letter request for multiple entry visa, letter of guarantee from Filipino family or sponsor, national ID from country of origin, Qatar police clearance, letter of permission from a parent for minors, copy of job order, and recruitment agreement for recruitment.
   
   

REMINDERS:

1. All information in the application must exactly match the details in your passport.

2. Monitor your e-Visa application through the official portal or the email address provided in your application. Please note that updates will not be sent via WhatsApp.

3. If any information or documents are missing, you will receive an email requesting the necessary details or documents. Please follow the instructions provided, as incomplete visa applications will not be processed.
