At your first day you will receive your equipment, have a sit down with your manager and get the full tour of your office by local admin. You will also have an onboarding session together with admin to really know the do's and don'ts around the office. 

Your first week will be all about getting to know your new colleagues, your client and how it is to work at Devoteam. You will have frequent contact with your manager which makes sure you have everything you need and answer your questions.

You'll be assigned a competence group and go through your CV and skills in out internal systems. A sale representative will reach out for a meeting to get a better understanding of you and to enable a great pitch to out clients.

After a month or so, depending on when the IntroDay is planned, you will attend a full day of Devoteam introduction. The introday is focused on the Devoteam journey, our values but will also be a great possibility for you to get to know colleagues who are new to Devoteam.

After two months you will have the possiblitity to give feedback on your onboarding and first time at Devoteam. Please give us your honest feedback so we could improve until next time someone joins Devoteam.

At Devoteam you are expected to help your colleagues, which means you can always find someone to help you! At the beginning of your time at Devoteam, you'll be assigned a competence group with people in the same technical area. The competence lead will gather the group on a regular basis and offers support and mentorship to the group members. 

Learning and sharing is in our DNA, so if you are learning something new you can always ask for help, and find someone who will make time to help you. If you are confident in your knowledge in an area, you can expect to get questions and opportunities to pass it on!
