Competence development is central to everything we do at Creative Tech. It's what we use to get great assignments, build strong teams and deliver excellent products to our clients. Therefore it is vital for us to keep ourselves up to date within our profession.
We provide a number of different ways of securing our development as professionals. At Creative tech we have multiple days per year where we expand and deepens our competences. Some days are coordinated Knowledge Days, and some are depending on your specialization.
Knowledge Time
These are days when we gather within our domain, office or all of Creative Tech to learn from each other. Known as KDays we arrange an internal conference where you have an opportunity to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues. These days are a social and professional highlight! Once a year we invest in a KTrip where we travel away together to deep dive into different topics.
We're a proud founder of Øredev, a developer conference, that's held every year.
Competence groups
