Devoteam Creative tech is organised in different competence areas. The smaller groups make sure you are always seen and help facilitate your growth and development while the global network opens up endless opportunities to create a large impact.

The competence areas are focused on your field to make sure you have the best assignments. It can either be in a cross-functional team with others from Devoteam Sweden, or as a specialist adding value to our client with individual contributions. All areas have a consultant manager with long experience. This will be your manager which you will meet in the recruitment process.

In the competence areas, you find colleges with the same profession to easily help once needed, even if you are not working on the same things.

We can proudly say that we have a flexible hybrid way of working. As we see it, there are three parts to take into consideration in the question of the workplace. You as an employee, The Client, and Devoteam/Team/Office. If you have these three perspectives in mind when deciding on your workplace you are trusted in making the right decision. Your manager is always there to help you find the right balance based on your individual situation.
