TARGET AUDIENCE
The Deusto International Staff Program is aimed at professionals (academics and administrative staff) from Higher Education institutions who are willing to gain expertise or share good practices/challenges on how to integrate the development of the intercultural competences at different institutional levels. Their role involves one or more of the following activities :
Institutional strategies and/or decision-makers at universities
International projects members, International Relations officers, International cooperation areas or similar fields
Academic staff who work in an international context (internationalised study plans, co-teaching or research with international colleagues, teaching classes to international students, etc.)
The Deusto International Staff Program will gather together participants selected from this call and colleagues from the following partner universities as part of a Blended Intensive Program (BIP) coordinated by the University of Deusto.

GBSB Global Business School, Malta
Old Polish University, Poland
Jagiellonian University, Poland,
SELECTION CRITERIA
SELECTION CRITERIA
To assure quality and effectiveness in every session, seats are limited to a maximum of 15 individual plus the above mentioned BIP participants. The hosting institution will consider the following selection criteria:
Geographical and institutional diversity - University of Deusto partners from Erasmus+ KA171 will be prioritized
Administrative staff and academic representatives
Target audience profile compliance
Gender equality
Seniority
