SELVA INMENSA is a project that was born in 2014 after a trip to the department of Vaupés. In the middle of the immensity of the jungle we met the Yuquitania, an ancestral preparation elaborated with one of the plants of power: the Amazonian chili. Within the indigenous tradition, this plant and its preparation has a strong cultural and ritual value; it is also a fundamental ingredient in their traditional cuisine.
The project works with different friends and allies in the Amazon rainforest.
