All rates shown are converted from Euro at an Oct 20, 2023 exchange rate. Partial payments of the fees listed above may incur surcharges based on the exchange rates at the time of payment.
The room block contract is between Design Trust and the hotel, and the payment for the rooms must come from DTL. Therefore, all member hotel payments will be made to DTL.
The first payment to the hotel is due Jan 10, 2024. You MUST have 50% of your hotel fees to DTL on or before that date.
All hotel extensions at the Cristoforo Columbo must be made through Design Trust.
Dinners include a supplement for wine, and include water, soda, coffee and tea. Any other beverages will be billed separately.
Guests may be invited to join DTL on Monday for the Lake Como trip and/or the group dinners, depending on available space. A surcharge per event may apply.
