Originally the Chauffeur's flat on an estate property, this 2-bedroom, 900 s.f. apartment had seen better days. It was in need of a total redo to begin its new role as a short term rental unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were gutted and given new life and functionality, original floors and windows were reconditioned to maintain character, and furnishings were chosen to blend the classic and modern with a sense of ease while still connecting with the elegant 1920's estate house.
