This 1960 Northern California home hadn’t been renovated since it’s construction - (our favorite type of project!) The renovation focused on unifying the floor coverings with a dark cork in the social areas of the home and a simple grey wool in the bedrooms and office, the yellow and pink carpeted (ick!) bathrooms were removed and modernized while the backyard was transformed into an inviting space for dining and lounging.
