This event will give attendees an opportunity to experiment with various mediums and materials as a way of exploring solutions for design problems that address local challenges. Teachers across international schools will be able to network with like-minded people and share how some of the mediums explored could be applied in their own contexts keeping resource limitations in mind.
The event will be broken down into a few sessions where participants will have the opportunity to deep dive into different techniques ranging from lo-tech tools to advanced tools and materials. The objective is for educators to be able to bring back ideas for projects or units and apply them in their own subject areas - including those outside of the field of Design & Technology.
