Current Students: Visit the Counseling office to pick up a Transcript Request Form. Fill it out and turn it into the Registrar, Erica Estrada.
Former Students: Call (760) 772-4150 opt 4 to reach the LQHS Registrar, Erica Estrada, who will walk you through the process. During summer, transcripts can either be picked up in person or shipped directly from the Parchment ordering website. Contact Ms. Estrada for information.
