The LQHS Counseling Department's goal is to ensure all students receive an equitable and accessible education through scheduling. In a collaborative manner, students will be placed in grade appropriate courses that fulfill graduation requirements and allow students to meet the A-G requirements.
Incorrect Placement - Student is placed in an incorrect class (Example: Placed in - Spanish III HP instead of Spanish II / English II instead of English I / Math II but received a passing grade in Math II both semesters / etc)
Missing Class - Student is not in a required course according to their grade level (Example: Not in a grade level English/Math/Science Class)
Hole in Schedule - Student is missing a period in their schedule (Example: Student does not have a 3rd period)
Same class twice - Student has two periods of the same class (Example: Student has 2 World History classes)
