Here are some first steps:
Find a teacher to be the advisor and complete the New Club Form.
Once the teacher submits the form to Mrs. Ortiz, the ASB accounting technician, will complete the club constitution cover sheet to add to the next ASB meeting. ASB meetings are held every Tuesday.
If approved by ASB, the request will be sent to the principal.
If approved by the principal, the request will be sent to the district to be added to the next school board meeting.
If the district approves the club, the advisor will be notified and the club may begin planning meetings, activities and/or fundraisers.
Activity Requests
All activities, fundraisers and field trips require an activity request for approval.
Activity requests are due each Mondays by 4th period in order to be added to Tuesday's meeting. Must be signed by the club advisor and have all club/student signatures.
