Vintage Stars
Vintage wallpaper cut the pieces about 10x7 inches, you can use scrapbook paper, old book pages, or even handwritten notes for a lovely vintage look.
Try smaller sizes too for tiny stars!
How to make it:
1. Fold a sheet of paper back and forth like an accordion.
2. Fold it in half and tie with twine.
3. Cut the tips of each side at an angle.
4. Glue both sides together to form a circle.
5. Add a string to hang and enjoy your handmade star! ⭐️

Vintage Paper Chains
Paper chains are pure childhood nostalgia, make this a core memory of making them at Winter Faire to decorate for the holidays.
How to Make Paper Chains
Use scrapbook paper, old book pages, or even handwritten notes for a lovely vintage look.
1. Cut paper into strips, I used 1½ inch wide by 10 inches long, but you can choose the width you like.
2. Take one strip, form a loop, and glue or tape the ends.
3. Thread the next strip through the loop, then secure its ends.
Repeat until your chain is as long as you like!
Hang on your tree, mantel, or anywhere for a cozy holiday touch.

Guests fold stars from beauty and light into classrooms and homes, fosters seasonal wonder, and reflects beauty, truth, and goodness.
How to Make Your Window Star
Materials: Translucent wax-coated kite paper, scissors, ruler, pencil, glue, thread.
2Fold the square sheet diagonally and into smaller triangles for the star shape.
Cut Patterns: Carefully cut shapes; the translucent waxed paper will illuminate the design when unfolded.
Unfold: Open the paper to reveal the symmetrical pattern.
Assemble (Optional 3D): Fold and glue multiple sheets for a three-dimensional star.
Add Hanging Thread: Attach a loop for display.
Display: Place where sunlight or lamp light passes through to showcase the star’s glow.
Tip: The wax-coated kite paper is essential—it is sturdy enough to fold and cut, yet translucent enough to let light shine through, giving each star its characteristic luminous effect.
