This is a copy of a Hudson River school painting. It took me 6 months to complete. Painting is a passion of mine, and I hope to continue to pursue it.

I’m a digital artist who enjoys drawing portraits and landscape architecture pieces. I’ve been doing digital art for almost a year now.
DS Faculty - Visual Art
My work explores many diverse ideas and categories. It ranges from organic abstracts, random surreal journeys to precise realistic images. The works are designed for a closer look or to present a more universal idea.
Many artists have inspired my work. Over many years, I find it difficult to name them all, Whether they be Masters or unknown artists who I have come upon. I explore mediums to find out how they behave in my hand and when they crash into my instinct to create.
As you can see from these pieces, my subject matter and multi medium use is very diverse. My work includes acrylic paint and metallics, India inks, tech pens, colored pencil, pouring medium, cold wax and oil sticks. It is exciting, risky and needs an open mind to just jump in and test the “water.” That is how I approach my art. Exploring my art is endless and ageless and always a challenge.
I hope that my art lets the viewer smile, appreciate the craftsmanship, prompt curiosity, ask a question or inspire one to take a closer look.

Summer is a watercolor piece with a multitude of bright colors capturing the nature of the summer season. The bright flowers remind you of the hot sun and the slightly duller hummingbird of the shade.
I have been painting for four years and take lessons in Chinese Brush Painting. Other than that, I have also taken classes in pottery and oil painting.
