1. Birth certificate preferably from Philippines Statistics Office (PSA) for new comer (Kinder).

2. Must be at age of 5 (minimum age) on or before August 31 within that particular academic school year being enrolled.

• Requirement for Transferee

1. Birth certificate preferably from Philippines Statistics Office (PSA).

4. Certificate of Good Moral Character.

• Guidance Coordinators and other teaching and related teaching personnel except School Heads-Principals & Head Teachers; and Non-Teaching Group

6. Certificate of Specialized Training

7. Certificate of Participation as Chairperson/Co-chair in a technical/planning committee
