· Yes, you still need to apply for an SHS Teaching Position.
· You will be evaluated by the Personnel Selection Board (PSB)
· The evaluation criteria in DepEd Order No. 03, s. 2016 shall apply to public teachers who wish to apply for Senior High School.

· List of Teachers by 8 subject areas (Additional For Secondary)

· List of Teachers by school in a District Updated DepEd District Data Bulletin *With corresponding item number each page duly signed by the School Head & the SDS indicating S.Y. (2 copies)
· Authenticated Transcript of Records & permit to study
· Certificate of Relevant Training – not used during last promotion sanction by DepEd (certified true copy)
· Form 212
· Certification of Performance Rating
· SF7 – indicate S.Y. (duly signed by the School Head & the SDS indicating S.Y.) (1 copy)

o Permit to Study or Accreditation of units in the Masteral Course
o Certification that the candidate has Very Satisfactory Rating for the last three (3) years (IPCRF) and **has three (3) years experience teaching children in any of the categories of children with special needs signed by the Principal and attested by the Schools Division Superintendent

o Permit to Study or Accreditation of units in the Masteral Course

o Updated copy of the school’s Plantilla of Personnel for the current Fiscal Year – please mark/highlight the name of the teachers in the subject area of the teacher for reclassification (1 copy)
