Every human in the world is aware of how euthanasia, also known as “mercy killing,” has been a rampant way of reducing the stray animal population. But we wonder what will happen to the world, or should we say what will happen to humans, if the people behind mercy killing do not realize that as long as they continue their “Mercy Killing,” the various breeds of animals will become extinct. It is not fully possible but it’s not impossible.

Animals are “man’s best friend,” as stated in our previous blog titled “Our Forever Best Buddies At Home.” So what if extinction became possible? A lot of things happen in this world without our knowledge. There are certain times in our lives when we just wake up and a lot of things change. So what if a person woke up someday without any signs of living animals around? If this becomes a reality, half of the world’s population will be devastated because they will lose their “Faithful Companions” in life.

We people are more than aware of how our pets became our happiness and how these pets give meaning to our lives, which makes us wonder what will happen to us if we lose them. Losing a pet is the same as losing someone you care about.

So in order for us to not feel this excruciating pain over and over again, we should start moving and protecting these pets, as they have feelings too. We should make a move and stop the rampant ways of killing them ; we should not see a pet losing its life in their eyes, which is why we should step up and protect our precious animals!
