The Nexus Publications was first instituted in the year 1996 and was the first school paper in Potrero National High School. With countless wins at the division, regional, and national levels, The Nexus Publications turned into one of the most established school papers in the division of Malabon City over the years.

In the year 2022, The Nexus Publications was rebranded into The Nexus Campus Media in response to the world's rapid shift online brought upon by the COVID-19 pandemic which inspired the switch to digital campus journalism.
