The Sta. Rita National High School is committed to providing quality education to its students while instilling values that will help them become responsible citizens. It lives-up to its mantra, “Making Dreams Possible” by embracing change that is inevitable. It is devoted to giving every learner a supportive and exceptional learning environment where they are encouraged to achieve their personal best.

Additionally, in pursuit of this goal, the school has created a banner program of 3P’s which stands for "Pagkabalaka, Pag-ulikid, Pagpalangga". This banner program reflects the school's commitment to the holistic development of its leaners and its belief that education goes beyond academics.
