Download and install the Project SOS application through scanning the QR code below or you can download the app from: https://appsgeyser.io/15907689/Project-SOS. Then, go to Services. Click the Online Enrollment Form button. And fill out the form completely and correctly.
If you have no gadget or internet connectivity at home, go to school following the health and safety protocols.
2. After submitting the form, wait for the assigned class adviser to contact you for further instructions.

Download and install the Project SOS application through scanning the QR code below or you can download the app from: https://appsgeyser.io/15907689/Project-SOS. Then, go to Services. Click the Online Request for School Documents button. And fill out the form completely and correctly.
If you have no gadget or internet connectivity at home, go to school following the health and safety protocols.
2. After submitting the form, wait for two-three working days to release the requested document/s.
3. The release schedule of the requested hard copy document/s is every Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
