To live out DepEd’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values, Digos City Senior High School upholds the following vision, mission, and core values statements that will serve as guiding principles to stakeholders in the operation of the school.

Digos City Senior High School is an institution that envisions learners to become good, responsible, and productive citizens empowered by exceptional sharpness of mind, values, and skills necessary in helping build the community and the nation. 

Digos City Senior High School's Mission

To create and maintain a conducive and unbiased learning environment where:

• Learners’ insights, rights, and voices are respected and honored.

• Teachers’ professional and spiritual growth is nurtured to continuously improve their teaching practice for learners’ improvement. 

• School administration provides instructional leadership, exhibits administrative competence, and continuously follows up on students' and teachers’ issues and problems to provide solutions leading to the progress of the school community.

• Family, community, local government units, and other stakeholders are evidently involved in the different programs, projects, and activities that allow tangible outcomes and unhindered growth of the learners and the whole school, in general.
