SGC provides a forum for parents, students, teachers, community stakeholders, and the school head to work together towards continuously improving student learning outcomes. SGCs provide the opportunity and the environment to:

In accordance with DepEd Order 54, s 2009, rules and guidelines governing the organization of PTA, every classroom at FEBIHS went into an election mode. There exist 45 classes to accommodate the more or less 3,111 pupils which generated the same number of homeroom PTA's. The elections were directly supervised by each homeroom adviser. The election of the board of directors(bod) immediately followed gathering all the homeroom presidents in one sitting under the supervision of a committee created by the principal in adherence to existing guidelines.

In accordance with ๐พ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐ค. 10-๐-2020 titled Ordinance Institutionalizing Dengue, Chikungunya, Zika and Japanese Encephalitis Prevention and Control Program, Requiring All Residents and Establishments of the City of Dasmarinas to Strengthen the Fight Against these Mosquito-Borne Diseases.
The school launches the program "๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ค๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ง, ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง, ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ญ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง ๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ก๐ข๐งโ in collaboration with
๐๐ฟ๐๐๐, ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐, ๐ผ๐๐ค๐ฅ๐ฉ-๐ผ-๐๐๐๐ค๐ค๐ก ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ง๐ค๐๐ง๐๐ข to raise awareness to a healthy and dengue free environment and sustain the efforts provided by the volunteers, parents, teachers, LGUs, NGOs, alumni, education partners and stakeholders.
