Requirements: (For External Researchers)
Request letter duly signed by the dean of the Graduate School or the dean of the Program
Research Proposal Manuscript
Research Tool/Instrument and Informed Consent section/form.
NOTE: Only those with submitted hardcopies and accomplished online form will be processed.
Clients are directed to follow the process indicated below:
STEP 1. Access the Portal/Site via bit.ly/ResearchdelSur
STEP 2. Select your transaction from the menu.
STEP 3. Click the:
“Submit an Online Application form”
STEP 4. Accomplish the form and upload your request letter duly signed by the dean of the graduate school/program.
STEP5. Screen capture/print the CONFIRMATION RECEIPT of your accomplished form.
STEP 6. Present the CONFIRMATION RECEIPT to the RECORDS SECTION when submitting hardcopies of the requirements.
STEP 7. Check or monitor status of your application/submission through the status sheet in the portal.
Note that your application will only be processed upon receipt of the requirements specified in the portal.
Note: Present your SUBMISSION/CONFIRMATION RECEIPT when submitting hard copies to the RECORDS SECTION.
