The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division of Davao del Sur continues to foster and strengthen the culture of research in basic education in support of the Department's policy development process, research agenda, policy and program development and implementation.

Welcome to the Research Management Portal of Schools Division of Davao del Sur

The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division of Davao del Sur continues to foster and strengthen the culture of research in basic education in support of the Department's policy development  process, research agenda, policy and program development and implementation.

In order to provide seamless and prompt service to all clients with research-related transactions/request/application, the Division  Research Management Portal/Site has been created.

Starting March 17, 2022,  All Action/Basic Research Proponents in this Division and All External Researchers Applying for a permit to conduct study are directed to use the said Portal/Site to get research-related information, submit requests/requirements, and get status updates.

Clients are directed to follow the process indicated below:

STEP 1.        Access the Portal/Site via bit.ly/ResearchdelSur

STEP 2.        Select your transaction from the menu.                              

STEP 3.        Click the:

“Submit an Online Application”

-     For permit to conduct a study

“Submit a Research Proposal”

-     For submission of DepEd Action/Basic Researche Proposals

“Submit a Completed Research”

-     For submission of DepEd completed Action/Basic Researches


STEP 4.    Accomplish the form and upload the necessary documents.

STEP 5.  Screen capture/print the CONFIRMATION RECEIPT of your   accomplished form.  

STEP 6. Present the CONFIRMATION RECEIPT to the RECORDS SECTION when submitting hardcopies of the requirements.


STEP 7.   Check or monitor status of your application/submission through the status sheet in the portal.

 

Furthermore, online submission of research-related request/requirements will be processed only once hardcopies of the requirements have been received.
