Programs, projects and activities (PPAs) are organizations’ means of planning implementation to meet a certain goal. These activities are normally different but similar from one another. An organization’s activity may be a basis in the implementation of another organization’s set of specific planned objectives.
At present, the Nangka Elementary School has a set of already planned activities to implement the proposed plans and programs the leaders of the city deemed to benefit its people the most.
However, one of the challenges that have been identified today is on how to engage these activities in a document to serve as future reference for other similar activities that may arise or for whatever purpose that may be identified as necessary. It has been observed that a number of the implementers of these events are not well-equipped with the technique and formal orientation on how to document PPAs.
