The Retrospect Batang Batangueño (RBB) Orientation plays an important role in helping learners understand the purpose and values of the RBB program. Through this orientation, students are introduced to the principles, activities, and expectations that guide them in becoming responsible and value-oriented Batangueño learners. It serves as a foundation that helps them appreciate the importance of discipline, respect, gratitude, and mindfulness in their daily school life.

The orientation also helps learners recognize how the different preparatory activities and classroom practices support their personal growth and learning.
