The Mean Percentage Scores in GMRC/ESP for the second quarter show an overall improvement in learners’ performance across Grades 1–6. Grade 5 obtained the highest MPS at 89.00, while Grade 4 recorded the lowest at 80.73. All grade levels maintained scores above 80%, indicating satisfactory to very satisfactory mastery of the competencies. Continuous instructional support and reinforcement are recommended to sustain and further improve learners’ performance.
