The legal basis for the TIP is further reinforced by DepEd Orders and guidelines, such as DepEd Order No. 43, s. 2017, which outlines the adoption of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) Framework. This framework emphasizes the importance of professional development for educators at all stages of their careers, with particular focus on newly-hired teachers. The TIP operates within this framework, ensuring that professional development initiatives are aligned with the national education goals and standards. This alignment ensures consistency and quality in the training and support provided to new teachers, further solidifying the program's impact on teacher competency and student achievement.
