ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN

Procurement of goods, services and infrastructure projects are all in accordance with the provision of RA. No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

Financial Plan (Annual Procurement Plan – APP)

Common Office Supplies – bond paper, folders, stapler, envelop, folder, file box etc.
Testing Supplies such as multicopy paper, ink, master roll, toner etc.
Janitorial Supplies such as brooms, cleaner, brush, disinfectant soap, mops, insecticide, tissue, gloves, waste basket, garbage bags etc.
Medical Supplies and Clinic Supplies such as basic medicines for fever, headache, cotton, bandage, betadine, thermometer, weighing scale, disposal gloves, ice bags etc.
Repair and Beautification includes repair of feeding center, Guidance /Registrar center/Repainting of School Buildings and Roofings/Gutter etc. and during Brigada Eskwela
Maintenance Expenses for Electric bill, water bill, telephone/Internet bill
Instructional Materials such as Kinder manipulative toys, EPP tools, Art materials, musical instruments (drum and lyre), ICT/Computer Program, English materials for Remedial Reading, Araling Panlipunan, Journalism and Sports equipments.
Travel Expenses of School Head/Principal, Teachers and Pupils
Training Expenses for In – Service Trainings, Summer Camp, GAD training etc

Asset Registry Template for School Property, Plant and Equipment includes Feeding Property, Nutrition Property, Nutripan Property, Guidance /Registrar Property, Clinic Property EPP/Sports Property, Kinder Property, Principal’s Office, ICT Property and Science Room Property.

All Property Inventory Reports has its UACS code, specification, property number, its current condition, source of fund, acquisition cost, and date of acquisition with appropriate property cards.
