Granted to an employee or employees by category who can satisfy the following basic criteria:
Criteria
1. With zero (0) to a maximum of 3 instances of tardiness per Daily Time Record
2. Perfect attendance for at least three months, exclusive of force and special leave privileges, approved official travels.
3. Has voluntarily worked beyond office hours with outputs (to be attested by immediate superior)
4. Has maintained integrity in the delivery of his/her tasks.
5. Has religiously worn the prescribed office uniform (with a maximum of three instances of violation)
6. Must have an Outstanding Performance rating for the year in the Individual Performance and Commitment Review (IPCR)
7. Requires little supervision
