Project FUND

Project Fund is a project that enables schools to gain expertise in the process of utilization and liquidation of downloaded funds. The Division will review processes and conduct benchmarking with other divisions for the adoption of their best practices. The accounting unit will monitor and evaluate schools' performance on the submission of liquidation reports and provide technical assistance if necessary. 

Project FUND aims to ensure that all public schools will have expertise in the process of utilization and liquidation of school MOOE in compliance with accounting and auditing rules and regulations.


MOOE Web-Based Monitoring System

The Web-based Monitoring System was developed to contribute, and facilitate the compliance of DepEd with the Secondary Education Support Program (SESP) and aims to provide real-time updates and monitoring of the release, receipt, utilization, and reporting of the School MOOE and other school funds.
