every 5th day of the month
every 10th day of the month
immediately or until 1 month after completion of purpose / project; otherwise such claims will be forfeited.
(Example: January reimbursement should be reimbursed only until February 28)
Note: If the deadline falls on weekends or holidays, the submission will be on the next working day following the said deadline.
Non-submission of reports / documents on the deadline entails submission of an explanation letter addressed to the School Division Superintendent
