Meet the team

The Human Resource (HR) Unit of the Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Davao Occidental, is composed of two vital sections: the Administrative Section and the Personnel Section. The Administrative Section, headed by Administrative Officer V, Elaine Hazel M. Donasco, spearheads the overall management of administrative operations and ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and services. Complementing this is the Personnel Section, led by Administrative Officer IV, Molly Mae C. Gamba, who takes charge of personnel records management, recruitment, hiring, and staffing requirements. Working hand in hand, both sections serve as the backbone of the HR Unit, delivering efficient and responsive human resource services in support of the Division’s mission, goals, and mandate.
