MANAGEMENT AND RESOURCES

Resources are collectively and judiciously mobilized and managed with transparency, effectiveness and efficiency. Regular resource inventory is collaboratively undertaken by learning managers, learning facilitators and community stakeholders as basis for resource allocation and mobilization.

There is a regular dialog for planning and resources programming that is accessible and inclusive to continuously engage stakeholders and support the implementation of community education plans.

Regular monitoring, evaluation and reporting processes of resource management are collaboratively developed and jointly implemented by learning managers, facilitators and community stakeholders. There is a system that manages the network and linkages that strengthen and sustain partnership for improving resource management.

SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES

1. Regular resources inventory is collaboratively undertaken by learning managers, learning facilitators, and community stakeholders as basis for resource allocation and mobilization.

• School Physical Plant, Property and Equipment (PPE), School Titling, School Development Plan

• Resource inventory of semi-expandable items and consumable supplies

• Records of MOOE Allocation

• Compilation/ Records of Deed of Donations

• Resource Allocation and Mobilization Plan

• Documentation showing stakeholders collaboration on resource inventory

• Best Practices on Resource Management in terms of inventory

2. A regular dialogue for planning and resources programming, that is accessible and inclusive, continuously engage stakeholders and support implementation of community education plans.

3. In place is a community developed resource management system that drives appropriate behaviors of the stakeholders to ensure judicious, appropriate, and effective use of resources.

• Financial Reports on Donations received (if applicable)

• Photos of updated monthly Liquidation Reports and Financial Reports posted on the School Transparency Board

• Documented information or evidence of reporting to stakeholders as regards Disbursement/Liquidation
