This learning site is intended for the Grade 9 TLE Cookery class of Bagong Barrio National High School under Mrs. Mercedita F. Zerrudo.
The materials and learning kits included in this learning site are based on the K12 Module prescribed by the Department of Education to attain the holistic development of every Filipino learner. They are equipped with 21st-century skills that prepare them adequately for work, starting a business, and are capable of meeting the requirements of higher education.

The author is Mrs. Mercedita F. Zerrudo, a Teacher III of Bagong Barrio National High School and has been with DepEd since 2013. A graduate of Master's of Education - major in Educational Management at the University of Caloocan City.
