ASSETS stands for Access to Semi Expendables, Supplies and Equipment Tracking System.

The SDO - Valenzuela, Property & Supply Unit primarily aim to equip a convenient tracking system that enables all SDO personnel to monitor and check all issuance of semi expendable materials and equipment within the Division Office.

This database was also created to assist all personnel in terms of borrowing, returning, transferring and condemning issued materials, supplies and equipment under their name easily via printable online forms. This will avoid confusion and improper transferring of materials without appropriate process.

ASSETS was also inspired by the current trend to innovate recording process and to show transparency and a detailed system of distribution.

This is an innovative system to provide an easy, fast and efficient monitoring and transaction concerning issuance of Semi Expendables and Properties.
